    To help us understand how to lose weight we must understand that we did not become overweight, overnight. It took some time to get into this condition so why do we think we have to lose all of it in the shortest time possible. We have developed a lifestyle or more often fallen into one by default so we can certainly move towards a healther one by design. The most important thing is to have a long term outlook and with this we can move in the desired direction for continued improvement.
