You look at pictures and clothes that seem all too distant and wonder what it would be like to fit into them or would we look that sexy. What will drive you to set goals or move towards a better and healther lifestyle is finding enough reason to take the first step and toward fulfilling your dreams of a slimmer healther you. All new things are great to start however to maintain that desire over the long haul is what will separate those who have goals and those who think they have one. Which one will you be?
