Making Changes
Filed under: Healthy Outlook;No CommentsWhenever we embark on a new program such as weight loss etc. at first it may seem exciting and totally radical from others but something to caution about is if it’s too far from our normal routine we may start to have second thoughts. Those second thoughts may lead to frustration over time if we hit sticking points in our goals. Sometimes a simpler approach may be more successful in the long run. One theme that might be more practical is to “make some changes that you can live with” and they will become a new habit over time. If you are a steady soda drinker then try and cut back one of those soda’s and change it for a bottle of water instead. This is not a radical step and something that is acceptable in your daily routine.
