    When developing a program for you weight loss the short term goals can lead to long term success. If we try and conceive what we want to look like in 5 years that is key to our motivation but when we break it down week by week that 5 years won’t seem so far away. You can introduce one or two things each week like reducing the amount of soda pop we drink or eat a couple times less at a fast food outlet that may not seem like much however it adds up over the long haul. This way we are making changes slowly and it does not seem like such a sacrifice yet we continue to make progress.  Small baby steps but we still will achieve the results we desire.
