    We tend to look at the visual weight loss goals of our plan and by doing so we let the bathroom scales dictate our success and failures in this journey. Depending on how hard we are working out if at all we may be replacing body fat with muscle so the scales may not tell us the truth as we are looking for it. Another way to look at weight loss is by inches or really how our clothes feel. If our pants etc. are starting to feel loose then perhaps we are being successful after all. I like to say we must have a long term outlook and it takes time to learn new habits and we are creatures of habit. Remember you have spent many years developing the eating habits you have so why do you think you can change them in a matter of a few days. Yes of course you are going to fall off  your diet sometimes, guess what your human. We must learn to forgive ourselves for our little failures and celebrate our achievements instead, we are simply too critical.
