    If you understand the “why” the how will come to you so much easier.  Why you want to lose weight will go along way towards you long term goal thinking. We start on this journey with the “how to tools” but not the the “why tools”.  All the methods and skills won’t do you any good if you can’t find your reasons to start and complete this goal. You should spend some time building your list of reasons of what you want from this effort. Set aside some time to learn new habits and a why list or goal board that you can see everyday. I know we all start with great expectations but somewhere along the way we lose momentum and start to back slide. Find you reasons why and this will keep you on track towards your weight loss targets.
