    A picture can help

    It may help motivate you if there was a picture of you at your B.F time period.  B.F. meaning before kids, before marriage etc., etc. Often we have points in our lives where we just let go and the weight starts to creep on and then one day we seem to notice that out of nowhere our waist lines grew and other parts as well.  Perhaps when you take that step to lose some of this excess it may help to have a picture of yourself when you were lighter. The picture will alway look younger and that can be depressing but if it’s a reasonable one to inspire or help you focus on what your target is then put it somewhere that’s highly visible. This is a journey with lots of ups and downs and losing weight is a very emotional issue as well as physical so any little thing that can help move you in the right direction you can be a bonus.
