Follow the story of Larry Scott as he talks about his trials and motivation to lose weight. What he says pulls at the heart strings of most people who desperately want to lose the extra pounds but just can’t find the will to do so. He talks about starting on a program and then quitting after a few days which many have gone through because they just can’t seem to find enough of reason to continue and as he says in his own words.
For close to twenty years I went to sleep wishing that somehow I would magically lose the weight overnight. I dreamed of the morning I would wake up and would be 100 pounds lighter. It was a horrible dream because every morning when I woke up fat, it just made me even more depressed.
I was a mess and I knew it. I knew I had to stop living the lifestyle I was living and start changing my health habits, but I didn’t.
I know that it was within my power to change my life, but despite my crippling depression the task seemed too large.
Larry like many of you have gone through that and more to find ways to lose weight so when he wrote his book Healthier You it like a voice in you head that you have heard many times.
Probably the hardest thing for most people is they just can’t seem to find the motivation to start of if they have started then once they stop it’s even harder to try again so they jump from one program to the next and each time they stop and fall back to their old habits.
