    There are a lot of people who are looking for various different ways to eat healthy and live long. There are many different organic foods   you can use to eat healthy. One of the best things you can do is to actually eat three meals a day.

    Sure I know many of us do not have time in the morning and many of us substitute that morning breakfast for a cup of coffee, but it just doesn’t work that way. So maybe we need to wake up even just 10-15 minutes earlier to be able to grab that quick breakfast in the morning. There maybe some sacrifices along the way that we have to make.

    Okay so now your beginning to eat healthy and live long, but you know what else will work wonders for you now? Honestly, exercise. Now I’m not talking about heading off to the gym and working out for an hour. I am talking about even taking a walk after work. Do you have a dog?

    Take your dog out for a walk after work will work out fine. There are also other ways you can help to get in some good exercise. Maybe you will like aerobics? Or maybe you are just the type of person who does like going to the gym that works too.

    Having a healthy heart is very important to live long. Heart disease is a silent killer that accounts for many deaths. High cholesterol is a risk factor that you want to avoid. heart healthy eating   can help reduce the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease.

    As I mentioned eating three meals a day is a huge bonus. Another big thing too is to of course drink water. Water is great for our bodies. It helps to flush out all of the bad toxins. So see all of those empty coffee cups by your desk, now maybe the time for you to start bringing down your coffee intact and start drinking more water.

    Okay I know, for some people they do not like water. It has a bland taste, its okay, I get it. However now a day’s with all of the different flavored waters out there, I’m sure you will be able to find one that suits you. Want to know another way to help flush out all of the bad toxins in our bodies? Green tea, try it out, you may really enjoy it.

    So there you have it, some tips and tricks to create a healthy eating diet   on how to

    and live long. Not as bad as it seems now is it? Just remember to eat plenty of fresh fruits, grains and vegetables. Know what to stay away from and make sure to get some exercise. You will notice a difference after a week or more. You will begin to feel better, more energized, and you will absolutely love it.
